Online Coaching

Perfect for independent women ready to level up their training with expert guidance and low-contact support.

  • Weekly check-ins via app.

  • Monthly progress update (10–15 min Loom video).

  • Custom macros or training program via the MGM app.

  • Access to recipe/resource library.

  • Invitation to MGM team events.

  • Message access via the MGM app only.

Ideal for those wanting face-to-face support with flexible options to meet in person or regular video calls.

  • Mel conducts Skinfold/body fat % assessments at face-to-face check-ins.

  • Customised training + meal plans updated at check-ins.

  • Access to the MGM training app + nutrition coaching.
